Terroir is the unique taste and sensory experience of a region — its air, its water, its soil and climate. Every ingredient sourced for the Burban Kitchen has been meticulously selected to represent the best of the North State.

Our food starts with farmers, ranchers, artisans and makers. Each dish prepared by our experienced chefs highlights the unique flavors of our region. We believe in celebrating ingredients with our preparations, and not the other way around.
